We keep the number of jobs deliberately low. It means we are not always available immediately, and it means the job you book gets done by the person you met rather than passed down a chain. We quote fixed prices wherever the work can be scoped, and where it genuinely cannot we say so up front and agree a rate instead. What we do not do is start low and add.
